Method Machine Works, a Malaysia based private limited company, established since year 2000, is one of the best known manufacturer and exporter of CoCoMaN coconut machines & coconut coir processing machines. Our main aim is to be one stop shop and to provide total solutions to coconut & coconut coir processing industries.
We are capable of manufacturing and supplying the coconut machines either in manual, semi automatic or automatic operations. The complete range of our coconut machines are specifically designed for coconut processing from dehusking to coconut milk extracting, virgin coconut oil extracting, copra oil extracting & biodiesel production, and for coconut coir processing from defibring to cocopeat block making.
Through years of research & development efforts and continuos cultivation of creative and innovative mindset and spirit among our employees, we have been able to produce the coconut machines in highest quality & reliability, with competitive market pricings. We emphasis on customer services and our employees are always ready to serve our customers in their best efforts and commitments. In addition, we also represent one of the renowned manufacturer from India to distribute their complete range of cocopeat processing machines and another manufacturer from Austria for their biodiesel plants, worldwide.
Our sales office is located at Puchong City, State of Selangor which is about 20 km away from Kuala Lumpur, while our factory is located in the state of Johor, at the southern part of Peninsular Malaysia. Currently, we have a total workforce of 50 people to support the entire operations of the company.
Most of our coconut machines are for export, and have been delivered and installed in countries such as India, Sri Lanka, Seychelles, Indonesia, Fiji Islands, Papua New Guinea, French Polynesia, UAE, Yemen, China, USA, Mexico, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Belize, Panama, Bahamas, Costa Rica, Barbados, Jamaica, Columbia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Guyana, Trinidad & Tobago, Kenya, Tanzania and Ghana.
We are also member and affilliate to Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation ( Matrade ), SMI Association of Malaysia, SME International Malaysia, Malaysia-China Chamber of Commerce and The Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia ( ACCCIM ).
